Lal Tibba is situated on the highest point of Depot Hill in Landour, roughly 6 kilometers from Mussoorie. At the 20-meter high tower on the edge of the cliff, a Japanese telescope was put to give scenic views of Badrinath, Kedarnath, Banderpunch, and other Himalayan ranges.
